Returns & Exchanges
- Subscriptions, downloads and any online products are non-refundable. No Exceptions
- Unopened Quik-Pik products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price minus the cost of original shipping.
- Opened products are not refundable.
- Shipments are tracked. Shipments normally arrive within 7 business days. If shipment is not received this must be reported within 14 business days of the order date to receive a replacement at no charge. A copy of your order receipt must be provided.
- To initiate a refund of any non-subscription purchases, please email support@dermcoder.com. Be sure to included your practice name and a detailed summary of the reason for the request.
- All refunds will be issued via a check from our office, regardless of how the product purchase was made.
